Privacy Policy

Actual Day is a capacity-aware planner for neurodivergent adults, for everyday life as well as work. It helps you capture what’s on your mind, choose a manageable next step, and close the day clearly.

We store what you enter so the features work for you. That includes:

• Daily check-ins: mood, energy, sensory comfort, sleep, a medication-taken flag, and any sensory triggers you note.
• Tasks and the smaller steps you break them into.
• Journal entries — typed text or voice transcriptions — kept whole.
• Meeting notes: the voice recording, its transcript, and an AI-generated summary.
• Shutdown reflections: accomplishments, next-day priorities, and your wind-down choice.
• Optional calendar connection details, including the provider you chose and your reminder times.

Entries about mood, energy, sleep and similar are sensitive to you. We process them only to provide your own planning features. They are never sold, never used for advertising, and never shared with other users. Each account sees only its own data.

When you record a brain dump or a meeting, the audio is transcribed by an AI transcription service so we can turn it into text and tasks for you. The transcript is stored; the recording is retained only as needed to provide the feature.

Actual Day is hosted and processed by Base44, our platform provider. If you connect your calendar, Google or Microsoft act as the providers you authorise directly — we only store the connection settings you choose and never see your calendar password.

You can access, correct, or ask us to delete your data. You can request full account deletion in the app under More → Privacy & account. We’ll confirm by email once it’s done.
